Refund policy
At stumbl., every order undergoes a thorough quality check and is carefully packed before leaving our warehouse. Every product is inspected and securely packaged by our team before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made on stumbl. are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
We recommend reviewing product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and images carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product before placing an order, please contact us at hello@stumbl.shop.
Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- The product arrives physically damaged during transit (broken, cracked, or structurally compromised)
- An incorrect item has been delivered — this refers to a product that differs from what was ordered in terms of product type or model, not colour variation
Minor cosmetic variations, slight differences in colour due to screen displays, or normal wear are not eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.
To request an exchange, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A complete unboxing video recorded before opening the sealed package, clearly showing the package condition and the issue
Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be considered under any circumstance.
Please send all required details to hello@stumbl.shop. Our team will review your request and respond within 1 business day.
Exchange Process
Once your request has been verified, we will arrange an exchange for the same item subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock at the time of your request, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Important Notes
Product colours may appear slightly different due to photographic lighting conditions, editing processes, or differences in device screen displays. Such variations are considered normal and do not qualify as defects or exchange eligibility.
