Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard shipping across India on all orders.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking ID. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the courier company's website.

All orders are shipped on a priority basis through our registered courier partners.

Delivery

We ship through registered courier partners across India. Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your package multiple times before returning it to us.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. Provide a complete address including your pincode and a mobile number you are reachable on. This helps ensure smooth delivery.

stumbl. is not liable for unexpected delays caused by the courier company. In such cases, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number for updates.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal of delivery, stumbl. does not take responsibility for the return shipment.

If your order is returned to us and you wish to have it resent, you will be required to bear:

  • The return shipping cost (package returned to us)
  • The re-delivery shipping cost (package sent to you again)

International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside India. International shipping will be available soon.
