By placing an order on stumbl., you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

5. Payment

We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. stumbl. does not store any payment card information.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

stumbl. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.

7. Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Exchanges are offered only in cases of transit damage or incorrect items delivered, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund and Exchange Policy.
